The client’s preference was for minimalist and modern styles. For the logo, we wanted something timeless, reflecting ADAM Real Estate's storied past and promising future. We went beyond traditional design tropes and created an emblem that captured their essence, with form and movement.

Colours tell a story, and for ADAM Real Estate, we built a visual language that would separate the different business areas of focus (Commercial and Residential). This not only helps to create visual clarity and separation, but helps visitors understand the scope and scale of ADAM Real Estate services offerings.

Design Strategy

From our first interaction, it was clear that ADAM Real Estate was looking for more than just a design. They wanted a strategy. We tailored our approach, focusing on their growing service offerings and ensuring that the new identity would shine through, from digital assets like the website to physical assets like “for sale” signage.

Brand Guide

A brand guide is a reference tool to help maintain consistency in look and feel across branded mediums, from signage and brochures to the website and social media posts. Our design team provided ADAM Real Estate with a comprehensive brand guide that outlines everything from logo usage and colour hex codes to font styles.
