This project focused on crafting a new digital presence for Flow2K that align with its fresh visual identity. The aim was to create a cohesive, visually engaging and user-friendly experience from the ground up to support Flow2K's commitment to innovation and sustainability, streamlining workflow, and boosting overall user satisfaction.
This project involved a close collaboration with Flow2K's team and significant input from our content department, who developed a content style guide to define the voice and tone before developing the website copy for a total-package perspective.
Utilizing client-provided wireframes and working closely with their developers, we created a visually engaging web presence. By incorporating custom graphics and a bespoke design, we aimed to elevate Flow2K above its competitors, establishing a unique and innovative identity in the market.
The project was crafted using a suite of professional design tools, including Figma for layouts and prototyping, Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, and Adobe Photoshop for image editing and detailed visual enhancements and custom graphics.

This seamless integration of design and functionality was achieved through close collaboration with the client, ensuring the final product met both aesthetic and practical needs.
The custom icon set for Flow2K was meticulously designed to enhance user experience by providing clear, intuitive visual cues.
Navigational icons were crafted with a minimalist, straightforward style to ensure immediate recognition and ease of use, facilitating seamless interactions within the app. These icons prioritize functionality and user-friendliness, making it simple for energy advisors to navigate the platform efficiently.
In contrast, illustrative icons, detailed with vibrant colors, were developed to highlight key features and functions, adding visual appeal without compromising usability. This balanced approach ensures that the icons not only contribute to a cohesive and visually engaging interface but also support the overall goal of optimizing the workflow for energy assessments.

Building on the unique design direction, developing a content style guide for Flow2K became a natural component to bring the full scope of the project together. The content team collaborated internally with the web design team and externally with the client to understand the company as a whole. We then reviewed this against the target audience, existing materials, and industry to form a cohesive guide. This included capturing the brand’s story, the value they offer customers, and key terms that defined their writing style.
